Introduction
TD8415 is composed of test platform (built-in digital Tesla meter, probe positioning device, rotating chuck, motion controller), Plane fixture (optional), computer and automatic measurement software.
The surface magnetic field of the sample is scanned automatically in 3D, and the surface magnetic distribution of the magnetic material, the magnetic parameters of each pole and the surface magnetic distribution curve are calculated automatically.
Application
Annulus sample test: cylindrical, multi-polar annulus, tile, rotor.
Customized fixture and hall probe for plane or cube samples.
Testing item: pole number, polarity, peak, angle, are, width, FWHM, magnetizing angle.
Draw curves: X-Y magnetic field, polar coordinates magnetic field, 2-100 times harmonic wave curve, 3D magnetic field.
