Another major challenge in on-site welding machine calibration is the wide variety of output terminal types. These primarily fall into two categories: copper busbar/bolt terminals and quick-connect terminals with locking mechanisms. Additionally, various standards exist—IEC, European, American, and more—resulting in a confusing array of non-uniform specifications.
To address this, TUNKIA provides busbars with copper terminals for direct bolt connections, along with a range of adapters compatible with the busbars. This setup accommodates over 90% of quick-connect terminals on the market, enabling plug-and-play convenience.
On-site calibration environments are often challenging, and equipment mobility is a key concern. The TK6500 calibrator main unit features an imported protective case—lightweight, compact, and highly durable—making it ideal for field use.
Both the TK6400 load box and the all-in-one TK6700 are equipped with pull-rod handles and wheels, allowing the entire system to be quickly rolled into position. This reduces physical strain on personnel and significantly improves inspection efficiency.
In industrial welding sites, welding machines are sometimes installed on elevated platforms where it is difficult to bring standard calibration equipment. This makes it hard to synchronize readings between the standard and the unit under test.
TUNKIA's solution includes a dedicated tablet that allows users to photograph the readings of the unit under test while simultaneously retrieving standard device readings via Wi-Fi commands, achieving perfect data synchronization—even in hard-to-reach locations.
