1. Summary
TH0210 is a direct-current-comparator bridge designed for the automatic measurement and display of the ratio of two resistances to high accuracy. It’s applied for the measurement, comparison, transmission, verification of standard resistance.
2. Features
• Current output: 100 μA ~ 3.2 A.
• Resistance measurement: 1 mΩ ~ 100 kΩ (wider resistance range can be customized).
• Resistance measurement uncertainty: 0.5 ppm ~ 3 ppm (external primary standard resistance)
• Typical test cycle: about 4.5 min/time.
• The typical value of constant current output stability is 2 ppm/min.
• RS232 and LAN interfaces.
• LCD touch screen.
• Statistical analysis.
• Dedicated software(optional).
3. Applications
☆ Calibrate Primary/Secondary Standard Resistor (4-wire/2-wire) |
|
• Based on the measurement principle of a DC comparator bridge, the instrument accurately compares the resistance under test with a reference standard resistor. • For resistances R ≥ 100 kΩ, the 2-wire method is recommended. • For resistances R ≤ 10 kΩ, the 4-wire method is recommended. • (The 4-wire method effectively eliminates errors caused by lead resistance, improving measurement accuracy.) |
☆ Establish automatic resistance measurement system |
|
• Multiple (up to 10) standard resistors. • The channel of reference standard resistance can be automatically switched according to the value of measured resistance. |
4. Characteristic
☆ High Stability of Output Current |
|
• The typical stability of DC current output reaches 2 ppm/min. |
☆ Statistical Analysis
| |
S/N | Description |
| The instrument adopts the measurement method of rough and precise measurement, to avoid the damage of mistake operation. |
| Display the trend of resistor measurements. |
| Automatically conduct comprehensive data analysis, and display the result value on the LCD screen. |
☆ High Accuracy of Resistance Test
Rx = K × Rs K——The ratio of the measured resistance to the reference standard resistance is directly measured and displayed by the instrument; Rs——Reference standard resistance value; ※ It is recommended to use Tunkia TH0320 series primary standard resistor as the reference resistor
S/N | Description |
| A complete test involves precisely measuring 20 data points to ensure the accuracy of the final result |
| The ratio K between the resistance under test and the reference standard resistor is displayed, enabling users to evaluate the measurement results easily. |
| Each data point is measured in 6 seconds, resulting in a total test duration of 4.5 to 8 minutes per cycle. |
