1. Summary
The TS2300 is an analysis system specifically designed for measuring the magnetic properties of electrical steel sheets under mechanical stress conditions.
It primarily consists of an excitation and measurement main unit, a tension/compression (stress) single sheet tester, a normal pressure single sheet tester, a control system, and measurement software. The system enables automatic measurement of the magnetic properties of specimens under normal pressure or tension/compression conditions.
Tension/Compression Single Sheet Tester: Capable of applying a maximum tension of 2000 N or a maximum compression of 1000 N along the length direction of the specimen, with feedback control via a tension/compression sensor for precise regulation.
Normal Pressure Single Sheet Tester: Capable of applying a maximum normal pressure of 20 MPa to the surface of the specimen, with feedback control via a pressure sensor for precise regulation.
Excitation and Measurement Main Unit: When used with the stress-applying single sheet tester, it can generate a maximum magnetizing field strength of 5 kA/m. Frequency range: 25 Hz to 1 kHz.
Automatic Demagnetization Function: Employs an AC gradual field reduction method to automatically demagnetize the specimen.
Professional Test Software: Except for placing the specimen and setting parameters, the entire test process is automatically completed. The software allows switching between different single sheet testers.
