The TY2100 Surface Magnetic Field Distribution Automatic Testing System is a fully automated solution for measuring the surface magnetic field distribution of permanent magnets and motor rotors. The system includes a precision test platform (integrating a digital teslameter, 3-axis probe positioning device, rotary chuck, and motion controller), an optional fixture for plane samples, a computer, and dedicated software.
It enables fully automated 3D scanning of sample surfaces, calculates magnetic parameters of each pole, and generates distribution curves for comprehensive analysis.
Technical Specifications
• Measurement range: 0 ~ 2000 mT
• Minimum resolution: 10 μT
• Measurement uncertainty: ≤0.5%
The TY2100 features a compact, ergonomic design with an integrated test platform and touchscreen interface, supporting both ring and block samples with optional fixtures.

To prepare for testing, install the three-jaw chuck on the platform:
• Align the jaws with their numbered slots (1, 2, and 3).
• Insert each jaw into the corresponding notch.
• Rotate the chuck wrench until all jaws align and tighten securely.
Tip: Avoid direct hand contact with the chuck or jaws to prevent rust.
1. Rotate the jaws to the appropriate width with the chuck wrench and secure the ring sample.
2. Adjust the probe position using the touchscreen motor step mode (coarse or fine).
3. Use the chuck control keys to bring the probe into contact with the sample surface.
4. Begin measurement once alignment is complete.
The Surface Magnetic Field Testing System software provides intuitive setup and real-time visualization:
• Define Standby Position (before/after test) and Test Position (probe start point).
• Configure parameters such as B range, probe movement, measurement mode, motion axis.
• Adjust system, motor, and user parameters for scan speed, pole judgment, and threshold alerts.
• Click Start Test to begin. The system automatically scans, calculates averages, ranges, and deviations, while displaying curves and 3D graphs in real time.
After testing, users can:
• View results including Cartesian/polar curves, 3D graphs, harmonic analysis, and pole data.
• Print or export test reports.
• Save and reload custom test plans.
For block or irregular samples:
1. Power off the device before replacing the test piece.
2. Secure the block sample using the fixture.
3. Replace with an axial probe and adjust its position.
4. Ensure proper probe contact before starting the measurement.
An operation demonstration video is available, showing step-by-step procedures for ring and block sample testing, parameter setup, and software features.
