TS2830A Reverse Bend Test and Analysis System for Electrical Steel Sheets

TS2830A is a dedicated testing device for performing bending and reverse flat bending tests on electrical steel sheets. It enables fully automatic testing of the plastic deformation resistance of individual sheets under repeated bending and reveals any resulting defects.
Reference standard: GB/T 2521.1-2016 Cold-rolled electrical steel delivered in the fully-processed state -- Part 1: Grain non-oriented steel strip (sheet) (Annex A), ASTM A720 / A720M, etc.
Fully automatic loading, testing, data uploading, and unloading.
Bending times can be set within a range of 0 to 9999.
The counter displays the number of bending cycles in real time and automatically stops when the set number is reached.
Optional automatic determination of whether the bent specimen has developed cracks or fractures (optional accessory).
Capable of 24-hour continuous operation.
Manual loading is standard; automated loading methods such as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) can be customized.
