TUNKIA and inepro Reach Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Jointly Promote the Development of Charging Facility Testing in the European Market

Background

With the gradual development of electric vehicle charging billing services in Europe, relevant parties are facing clear technical compliance requirements—namely, that equipment must strictly adhere to the EU Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) and related metrological regulations. However, the corresponding metrological testing methods currently available in the European market remain relatively insufficient, making it difficult to fully meet the needs of the industry's compliance-driven development.

TUNKIA Co., Ltd. and inepro B.V. of the Netherlands recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which both parties will establish a long-term partnership to jointly explore the electric vehicle charging facility metrology and testing market in Europe.
