TH0520 Precision Current & Voltage Measurement Standard is a precision electrical measurement instrument, primarily designed for on-site high-accuracy measurement of AC/DC current and voltage, calibration of AC/DC current standard sources and meters, and calibration of AC/DC voltage standard sources and meters. It can directly measure currents from 10μA to 2 A with a measurement uncertainty of class 0.005 and voltages from 10 mV to 10.5 V with a measurement uncertainty of class 0.003. Additionally, it supports precision I/V and V/V conversion standards, as well as current sensors, enabling the establishment of AC/DC high-current or high-voltage measurement systems.
For convenient on-site measurement and calibration, TH0520 is equipped with a dedicated current sensor measurement interface, allowing direct display of primary quantities by setting the sensor ratio. Furthermore, it features a large LCD touchscreen and a lightweight design of approximately 5kg, ensuring ease of use and portability.
1. By using TH0400 Precision Coaxial Shunt, TH0500 Precision Current Transform, and other I/V conversion standards, the AC/DC current under test is converted into a low-voltage signal. TH0520 then measures this signal, and the original current I can be determined using the conversion ratio k as I=kU.
2. By connecting the dedicated current sensor TH0540, the high-current signal under test is converted into a low-current signal, which is then measured by TH0520. The original currentI1 can be determined using the sensor's ratiok as I1=KI2.
3. By using precision voltage dividers such as TH0150 Wideband Voltage Divider and TH0170 Precision DC High Voltage Divider, the AC/DC voltage under test is converted into a low-voltage signal, which is then measured by TH0520. The original voltageU1 can be determined using the conversion ratiok as U1=kU2.
