1. Summary

The TS4000 is a dedicated system for measuring the DC magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials. It consists of a DC excitation and measurement unit, Type-A or Type-B permeameters (optional), solenoids (optional), electromagnets (optional), and software. The device can directly measure the DC magnetic parameters of soft magnetic ring specimens or other closed magnetic circuit samples by winding coils around them and generating corresponding magnetic property curves. It can also measure the magnetic parameters of open magnetic circuit samples by using optional Type A/B permeameters, solenoids, or electromagnets.

  • Electrical parameters calibration function.

  • The specimen is demagnetized using slow amplitude reduction.

  • Ultra-wide range of current continuously and stably adjustment.

  • Scanning method doesn’t use relay to switch current range.

  • Support scanning and impact testing method.

  • Type A /B Permeameter (optional): apply for open-circuit specimen testing.

  • Solenoid (optional) : apply for Hc of specimen testing.

  • Modular design, easy to upgrade or maintenance.

  • Automatically testing by professional software.
