1. Brief Introduction of TK4830


TK4830 is an integrated charger tester for AC and DC chargers, supporting CCS2 DC, Mennekes (Type2) AC, and CHAdeMO DC charging interfaces.

By using EV as loads or resistive loads to carry out charger testing, combining wide dynamic range measurement technology, ms-level high-speed refresh of electric energy and other, It accurately measures electric energy accumulation during charging, offering a more realistic assessment of charger performance compared to traditional steady-state calibration methods.

   Different Loads

   New energy vehicles can be used as loads to measure the accumulated electric energy throughout the charging process, and traditional resistive loads can also be used for testing.

   Dynamic Range

   Wide dynamic range measurement is used to avoid measurement risks caused by load fluctuations during dynamic metering of electric vehicle charging.

   Ms-Level Refresh Speed

   Faster ms-level electric energy updates reduce errors due to asynchrony, enhancing accumulated electric energy measurement accuracy.

   Pulse Method

   Supports pulse method and accumulated electric energy method for working error verification.

   Real-time clock

   Real-time clock display facilitates the clock time error test of the charger.

   Temperature Probe

   A wired temperature probe is standard, which can complete on-site temperature measurement.

   Automated Testing

   Automated testing can be carried out through a laptop with host computer software, or operational testing can be carried out through a mobile phone APP.

   Traceable Calibration

   With dedicated calibration terminals to facilitate instrument calibration.

   Three Power Supply Methods

   EV charger, built-in lithium battery power supply and utility power supply.
