1. Summary

TH0260 is a precision instrument designed for analyzing the DC characteristics of resistors. It is available in two versions: low-resistance model (TH0260-L) and high-resistance model (TH0260-H).
The instrument supports a wide range of characteristic tests for resistive components, making it ideal for resistor manufacturers to conduct in-depth performance analysis of their products.

• Low-resistance model (TH0260-L):

Maximum output current: 100 A

Maximum test voltage: 20 V

Measurement range: 100 μΩ to 10 kΩ (wider resistance ranges customizable)

• High-resistance model (TH0260-H):

Maximum test current: 100 mA

Maximum output voltage: 1000 V

Measurement range: 100 Ω to 1 GΩ (wider resistance ranges customizable)

• Typical measurement uncertainty: 3 ppm

• Supports testing of short-time overload, long-term reliability, power coefficient, and thermoelectric potential.

• Typical constant current output stability: 2 ppm/min

• Measurement modes: Fast / Slow

• Equipped with a large LCD touchscreen for intuitive display and user-friendly operation

• Supports statistical analysis functions including average value and standard deviation

• Comes with RS232 interface for easy integration into automated test systems

• Features robust protection design and high reliability

• Optional automated resistance measurement software available
