1. Summary

TY1000 is an intelligent system specifically designed for measuring the magnetic properties of permanent magnet materials. It consists of an excitation and measurement host, electromagnet, magnetic measurement sensors, computer, and measurement software. It is suitable for measuring the magnetic properties of various types of permanent magnet materials and plotting the corresponding magnetic characteristic curves. The system features easy operation, fast measurement, good repeatability, and high reliability.

  • Built-in electrical parameter calibration.

  • Demagnetization via slow amplitude reduction.

  • Wide-range, stable, continuously adjustable current.

  • Minimal integrator drift and Hall probe nonlinearity.

  • Bipolar variable magnetization power supply for easy magnetization/demagnetization.

  • B or J measured via coil + fluxmeter; J-coil supports automatic residual area compensation.

  • H measured via magnetometer + Hall probe or H-coil + fluxmeter.

  • Various coils and probes available; customizable for sample size.

  • 150 mm electromagnet (optional pole reducers): up to 2.55 T.

  • 130 mm electromagnet (optional pole reducers): up to 2.45 T.

  • Professional software automates measurement and curve plotting; supports data management.

  • Modular design for host and magnetometers enables easy upgrades and maintenance.

  • Optional high-temperature testing for evaluating thermal effects on magnetic properties.

7.1 Features

  • The electromagnet supports interchangeable pole pieces of various specifications and is excited via a DC current source.

  • Generates a strong, continuously adjustable magnetic field with good uniformity and linearity.

  • Can be used to magnetize permanent magnet samples for magnetic property testing.

8. Auto-testing Software

  • Software runs on Windows, offering intuitive and user-friendly operation.

  • Magnetization, demagnetization, and testing of typical permanent magnets are completed in one automated cycle with short measurement time.

  • Fully automated control and intelligent judgment minimize manual error.

  • Automatically calculates data, applies temperature coefficient correction, and calibrates range coefficients.

  • Main interface displays the magnetization curve in real time, with the option to stop measurement at any time.

  • Excitation current output percentage is freely adjustable; fluxmeter and teslameter zero-drift can be corrected.

  • Measurement data is automatically saved. Reports include complete curves, results, test conditions, and sample parameters.
