The TY1100 is an intelligent system specifically designed for measuring the magnetic properties of permanent magnet materials. It consists of an excitation and measurement unit, electromagnet, magnetic sensors, computer, and measurement software. Suitable for testing various types of permanent magnets, it can generate corresponding magnetic property curves. The system features easy operation, fast measurement, good repeatability, and high reliability.

7. Electromagnet (optional)
7.1 Features
The electromagnet is excited via a current source, generating a strong, continuously adjustable magnetic field with excellent linearity and uniformity.
Pole faces are highly parallel, significantly minimizing air gaps during testing.
Low input power per magnetic field strength; energy-efficient and eco-friendly.
Naturally cooled—no external water-cooling unit required.
Various pole head specifications available to generate different magnetizing fields.
Automatic pole head lifting is available for electromagnets with 250 mm or 280 mm pole diameter (optional).
Shrinking pole heads can be optionally equipped with Fe-Co tips for improved performance.

Software runs on Windows, offering intuitive and user-friendly operation.
Magnetization, demagnetization, and testing of typical permanent magnets are completed in one automated cycle with short measurement time.
Fully automated control and intelligent judgment minimize manual error.
Automatically calculates data, applies temperature coefficient correction, and calibrates range coefficients.
Main interface displays the magnetization curve in real time, with the option to stop measurement at any time.
Excitation current output percentage is freely adjustable; fluxmeter and teslameter zero-drift can be corrected.
Measurement data is automatically saved. Reports include complete curves, results, test conditions, and sample parameters.
