1. Summary


TD4510 is a multi-function 3PH power calibrator. Class 0.02 / class 0.05 available. It integrates AC/DC power output function, 3PH measuring function, harmonic function, transmitter test function, U4th voltage output function, AC energy meter test function. Can be used to calibrate AC/DC voltmeter, AC/DC ammeter, AC/DC power meter electric energy meter and transmitter, etc.

  • 3PH voltage standard source (ACV): output range 6 V ~ 456 V @ 45 Hz ~ 70   Hz

  • 3PH current standard source (ACI): output range 20 mA ~ 12 A @ 45 Hz ~ 70   Hz

  • 3PH power standard source: a virtual power standard source composed of three-phase voltage and   current independent outputs and adjustable phases.

  • Class 0.02: suitable for calibrating single/three-phase voltmeters and ammeters of   class 0.1 and below; suitable for calibrating active power meters of class   0.1 and below, reactive power meters, apparent power meters, and power factor   meters of class 0.2 and below.

  • Class 0.05: suitable for calibrating single/three-phase voltmeters and ammeters of   class 0.2 and below; suitable for calibrating active power meters of class   0.2 and below, reactive power meters, apparent power meters, and power factor   meters of class 0.5 and below.

  • DC power standard source: a virtual power standard source composed of independent DC voltage and   current outputs.

  • Class 0.02: suitable for calibrating DC voltage meters and ammeters of class 0.1 and   below; suitable for calibrating DC power meters of class 0.2 and below.

Calibrating   AC Sampling for Real Load (Standard Meter Method)

  • 3PH voltage   measuring range: 6 V ~ 456 V; 3PH current measuring range: 0.1 A ~ 6 A.

  • Current measurement supports two methods: direct input   measurement or clamp (optional) measurement.

  • Application 1 (direct current   measurement): calibrate 1PH/3PH voltage source, current source, and power source of   class 0.2 and below in the laboratory or on-site.

  • Application 2 (clamp current   measurement): In the past, when testing on-site AC sampling devices, it was usually   necessary to wait for power outages for maintenance to disconnect the   circuit, connect the standard ammeter in series to the loop for detection, or   remove the meter to be tested to the laboratory for detection using the   standard source method. When using a clamp meter to detect current, the   circuit does not need to be short-circuited. Just clamp the current line into   the jaws to perform real-time measurement online. This makes on-site   detection faster and more convenient, and can meet the requirements of daily   inspection of instrument operation status.

  • Note: The clamp is an   option. If necessary, it should be indicated in the order contract.


Calibrating   AC/DC Transmitter

  • The function   of measuring the secondary DC signal of the optional AC/DC transmitter   supports the maximum DC 12V or 24 mA signal input.

  • With the   3-phase or DC standard source function, the error, output ripple and response   time of the transmitter can be detected.


Test   Single/Three-Phase Energy Meter (Optional)

  • Optional   standard electric energy measurement module with energy pulse signal   input/output function.

  • With the   voltage and current output function of a single/three-phase standard source,   it is used to test a single AC energy meter.


Test Synchronous   Measurement Table (Optional)

  • The fourth   voltage output module is optional to realize the fourth 0 ~ 418 V AC voltage   output.

  • With the   voltage output function of single/three-phase standard source, it is used to   detect the amplitude difference, phase difference and frequency difference of   synchronous measurement tables.

  • Especially when setting power, you can directly enter the voltage value, current value, and phase.

  • When setting three-phase power, select three-phase unified adjustment or phase-by-phase adjustment on the main interface.

☆ Multiple Output Mode

  • When calibrating electrical measuring instruments, it is usually necessary to select calibration points according to the proportion of each range of the meter being tested.

  • Users can easily select the calibration points through the " Calibration point " on the touch screen of this instrument.

  • The calibration of analog pointer type usually needs to be carried out scale by scale, especially the "rising and falling variation" (i.e. the change caused by the rise and fall of the tested point), and the output of the source needs to be adjusted to align the indicator of the tested table with the graduation line of the tested point.

  • It is relatively inconvenient to use the digital fixed-point output method to adjust the output of the standard source to achieve the alignment of the scale.

  • For this reason, we provide users with a Remote Control Box(option). Through the operation of coarse adjustment-fine adjustment, the output can be quickly adjusted to align with the scale of the tested table, which is very convenient to complete the calibration of the analog table. This function is particularly useful when it is necessary to consider the friction or hysteresis effect during movement.

Choose 2nd~21st harmonics channel output. The embedded software is equipped with a user-defined “harmonic parameter setting” interface, which allows users to set the required harmonics according to test requirements.

  • *(During fully automatic calibration, the equipment under test should have communication function and open communication protocol to enable data reading.)

  • Software functions can be customized according to customer needs, and support subsequent software upgrades to add new procedure test requirements.
