5. Characteristics
☆ Wide Output
The wide range output capability can cover the calibration of three-phase and DC measuring instruments commonly used in power systems.
☆ Wide Input
The wide range measurement capability can cover the AC sampling devices commonly used in power systems for real load verification.
☆ Convenience of operation
Large LCD Touch Screen: full color, high screen brightness, clear picture quality, support touch operation, comprehensive functions, simple and fast.
Digital Programmable Buttons: can realize multiple input methods such as fixed-point output, rotary encoder, and step adjustment, and the operation is convenient and fast.
Front Panel Wiring: convenient for users to replace current and voltage test wires when checking the meter.
Solution Advantages: This combined operation method effectively improves the convenience of operation to adapt to a variety of application scenarios.
☆ Multiple Output Mode
The instrument has a "Direct output " mode. You can directly set the required output value through the digital buttons on the front panel or by clicking the touch screen. The instrument will automatically switch to the optimal range output, making it very convenient to calibrate digital instruments.
Especially when setting power, you can directly enter the voltage value, current value, and phase.
When setting three-phase power, select three-phase unified adjustment or phase-by-phase adjustment on the main interface.
• “Rotary Knob”mode, users can setting in clockwise direction or anticlockwise direction.
.
☆ Multiple set value output mode
The calibration of analog pointer type usually needs to be carried out scale by scale, especially the "rising and falling variation" (i.e. the change caused by the rise and fall of the tested point), and the output of the source needs to be adjusted to align the indicator of the tested table with the graduation line of the tested point.
It is relatively inconvenient to use the digital fixed-point output method to adjust the output of the standard source to achieve the alignment of the scale.
For this reason, we provide users with a Remote Control Box(option). Through the operation of coarse adjustment-fine adjustment, the output can be quickly adjusted to align with the scale of the tested table, which is very convenient to complete the calibration of the analog table. This function is particularly useful when it is necessary to consider the friction or hysteresis effect during movement.
When calibrating electrical measuring instruments, it is usually necessary to select calibration points according to the proportion of each range of the meter being tested.
Users can easily select the calibration points through the " Calibration point " on the touch screen of this instrument.
☆ Harmonics Function
S/N
Function
Set the amplitude of the selected harmonic. Users can set the absolute value of the voltage or current harmonic, or set it as a percentage of the fundamental.
Set phase of harmonic (fundamental wave).
Choose 2nd~21st harmonics channel output. The embedded software is equipped with a user-defined “harmonic parameter setting” interface, which allows users to set the required harmonics according to test requirements.
Oscilloscope function, user can observe voltage and current waves.
Display frequency spectrum of harmonic by histogram.(fundament wave is 100%)
☆ Test software(option)
Optional automatic calibration software, adaptable to various electrical measuring instruments, automatically generates test reports, and improves test efficiency.
Supports fully automatic or semi-automatic calibration of the equipment under test, raw data recording, analysis, management and customized template report export.
*(During fully automatic calibration, the equipment under test should have communication function and open communication protocol to enable data reading.)
Software functions can be customized according to customer needs, and support subsequent software upgrades to add new procedure test requirements.
