Introduction
TD8330 is mainly used to measure the magnetic properties of various types of permanent magnet materials, and consists of excitation and measurement host, electromagnet, magnetic field measurement sensor, computer and PC software, etc.
The TD8330 meets international standards IEC 60404-5 and GB/T 3217-2013.
Application
Measuring materials : Alnico, Ferrite, NdFeB, SmCo, etc.
Sample shape: Ring, cylinder, circle, square, tile shape (with fixture).
Measurable parameters : Js, Br, Hcb, Hcj, ( BH )max.
Magnetic measurement curve: magnetization curve, demagnetization curve, B-H/J-H hysteresis loop, temperature characteristic curve (high temperature test), etc
Features
Equipped with electromagnet with Φ250 or Φ280 options,the maximum magnetic field of up to 3.2T.
Optional temperature cap enables the measured sample to reach 500 ° C for high temperature test.
Equipped with PC software to complete the test process automatically.
The zero drift of the fluxmeter integrator and the nonlinear error of the Hall probe have little influence. The residual turn area can be compensated when measuring with J coil.
