TK8600 Metal Magnetic Powder Core Magnetic Properties Testing Device

1. Summary
TK8600 is a device specially used to test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder cores. It has a built-in AC and DC excitation power supply and measurement unit, which can be connected to a computer and professional testing software. It can fully automatically test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder core ring specimens in AC 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz (can be customized to 200kHz) or in DC and AC mode.

4.Application
• Testing method: Directly winding to measure the metal magnetic powder core ring specimen.
• Comprehensive AC magnetic performance analysis: can test magnetic flux density Bm, magnetic field strength Hm, magnetic polarization intensity Jm, specific total loss Ps, amplitude permeability μa, loss angle δ, and waveform in the frequency range of 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz factors, etc.; and draw magnetic characteristic curves such as hysteresis loops, Ps-Hm, Ps-Bm, Hm-Bm curves, etc.
• Magnetic permeability sweep test: In the range of 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz (can be customized according to needs), preset frequency test range, frequency step point, magnetic field test point, conduct sweep test, and draw μi-F magnetic permeability Rate-frequency curve.
• DC bias test: A certain amount of DC magnetic field can be superimposed on the AC magnetizing field to conduct the influence test of DC bias.
