TK8600 is a device specially used to test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder cores. It has a built-in AC and DC excitation power supply and measurement unit, which can be connected to a computer and professional testing software. It can fully automatically test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder core ring specimens in AC 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz (can be customized to 200kHz) or in DC and AC mode.

1. Summary

TK8600 is a device specially used to test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder cores. It has a built-in AC and DC excitation power supply and measurement unit, which can be connected to a computer and professional testing software. It can fully automatically test the magnetic properties of metal magnetic powder core ring specimens in AC 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz (can be customized to 200kHz) or in DC and AC mode.


2. Features

Independent electrical parameter calibration function.

You can measure B by locking H, measure Ps by locking B, and display other magnetic parameters.

It can carry out testing work in the full frequency range, with good accuracy and repeatability.

Can carry out DC bias magnetic test.

Equipped with test software, it can automatically complete magnetic performance test.

Automatically calculate magnetic parameters and draw curves, supporting data management.

The host adopts modular design for easy upgrade or maintenance.

4.Application

Testing method: Directly winding to measure the metal magnetic powder core ring specimen.

Comprehensive AC magnetic performance analysis: can test magnetic flux density Bm, magnetic field strength Hm, magnetic polarization intensity Jm, specific total loss Ps, amplitude permeability μa, loss angle δ, and waveform in the frequency range of 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz factors, etc.; and draw magnetic characteristic curves such as hysteresis loops, Ps-Hm, Ps-Bm, Hm-Bm curves, etc.

Magnetic permeability sweep test: In the range of 20 Hz ~ 100 kHz (can be customized according to needs), preset frequency test range, frequency step point, magnetic field test point, conduct sweep test, and draw μi-F magnetic permeability Rate-frequency curve.

DC bias test: A certain amount of DC magnetic field can be superimposed on the AC magnetizing field to conduct the influence test of DC bias.

Test conditions: (23 ± 5 ), use ring specimen method. The specimen should be demagnetized before testing.

Note : The table gives only typical measurement ranges. The Hm, Jm/Bm, Ps and other indicators that the specimen can achieve during actual testing are related to the material's performance, quality, test frequency, test current, load voltage, etc.

Note : P0.01 refers to the specific total loss value when the magnetic flux B is 0.01 T, and so on.

Note : B10 refers to the specific total loss value when the magnetic flux B is 10 A/m, and so on.

8. Fully Automatic Testing Software

Fully automatic control and calculation, intelligent judgment, and avoids errors caused by manual operations.

Can display current, voltage, and power values in real time, and can display I(t), U(t), B(t) sampling waveforms and B(H) hysteresis loops in multiple windows. Monitor sampling waveforms and instrument status in real time and can stop at any time.

Save the set test parameters in the form of a plan to facilitate loading of the plan during repeated tests.

The test report contains complete curve graphs, test results, test conditions and sample parameters.

File management: automatically saving data, deleting data, and clearing all data.

Multiple test result export methods: can be printed directly; exported in JPG, or Excel.

User logo and company name can be easily added to the test report.
