TUNKIA’s Laboratory Testing Solution

TUNKIA’s laboratory testing solution adopts offline testing methods and is specially designed for precise, efficient and intelligent testing of electrical steel. Our solution can test the AC magnetic properties of oriented or non-oriented electrical steel, transformer or motor core in the range of 3Hz to 20kHz, and draw the magnetic characteristic curve. Our solution adopts various testing methods such as using specimen, Epstein frame, and single sheet.

Our solution uses the world's unique quadratic sine high-speed hardware negative feedback technology, demonstrating TUNKIA’s leading broadband measurement capabilities, and supports both H-coil and M.C methods. It has high reliability, and everything from high-end component selection to hardware circuit design has been industrialized to ensure long-life operation of the equipment. It is equipped with alarm prompts, automatic protection reset and other functions, and provides a third-party calibration interface to ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment.

It is easy to operate and has been newly upgraded based on many years of application experience to be closer to user needs. This system can be expanded to multiple applications to achieve full performance testing of electrical steel.
