1. Summary of TD1000 Clamp Meters Calibration Device

TD1000 is a device used to calibrate multi-function clamp meters. It integrates the functions of AC high current standard source, DC current standard source, AC voltage standard source, DC voltage standard source and DC resistance standard source, and can meet the calibration needs of multi-function clamp meters of different accuracy levels.

• DC current output(optional): 20 mA ~ 22A

• Adopts a dual-loop structure with large and small currents

  • AC current standard source (ACI) Output range: 20 mA ~ 1100 A, 45 Hz ~ 65 Hz.

  • Class 0.05 specification device: suitable for calibrating AC clamp ammeters of level 0.2 and below.

  • Class 0.1 level specification device: suitable for calibrating AC clamp ammeters of level 0.5 and below.

  • The AC large current source outputs the standard current signal to a single-turn semicircular copper ring with a diameter of 1 m. The current output copper ring is divided into large and small copper rings, which are suitable for calibrating clamp ammeters with different jaw sizes.

  • Solution advantages: It fully complies with the requirements of the single-turn method for calibrating clamp ammeters recommended in the JJF 1075-2015 Clamp Ammeter Calibration Specification. The TD1000 is controlled to output the standard AC current source signal, which can calibrate high-precision AC clamp ammeters, solving the problem of insufficient calibration accuracy of the traditional equivalent ampere-turn method and improving the service capabilities of metrology calibration laboratories.

☆ Output and Adjustment

  • The device has a " Direct output " mode. By clicking the touch screen, you can directly set the required output value. The device will automatically switch to the optimal range output, making it very convenient to calibrate digital instruments.

  • Especially when setting the AC voltage/current output, you can directly enter the amplitude and frequency at the same time, which is very convenient to use.

  • The calibration of analog pointer type usually needs to be carried out scale by scale, especially the "rising and falling variation" (i.e. the change caused by the rise and fall of the tested point), and the output of the source needs to be adjusted to align the indicator of the tested table with the graduation line of the tested point.

  • It is relatively inconvenient to use the digital fixed-point output method to adjust the output of the standard source to achieve the alignment of the scale.

  • For this reason, we provide users with a remote box (optional accessory). Through the operation of coarse adjustment-fine adjustment, the output can be quickly adjusted to align with the scale of the tested table, which is very convenient to complete the calibration of the analog table. This function is particularly useful when it is necessary to consider the friction or hysteresis effect during movement.
