TD9100 Online Testing System for Magnetic Properties of Silicon Strip

TD9100 is a system specialized in online and real-time testing of magnetic properties for cold-rolled silicon steel. By quickly magnetizing and measuring the steel strip running on the production line and using real-time signals such as thickness, speed, and stress, it converts them to measurement results such as iron loss, magnetic field strength, and magnetic flux density, achieving online monitoring of point data for iron loss (P1.0~P1.7) or magnetic induction (J100~J1000), and drawing a P-L curve corresponding to the loss and steel strip length L. Compared with offline laboratory testing, online testing can analyze the magnetic performance fluctuations and consistency of the whole coil steel, avoid the failure rate of sampling inspection. It has the advantages of no sample preparation process, avoiding material waste and stress influence, avoiding human operational deviations, 7*24 hour fully automatic uninterrupted testing. It provides accurate and effective testing and evaluation methods for quality control, grade screening, and process improvement in steel mill.

1、Summary

TD9100 is a system specialized in online and real-time testing of magnetic properties for cold-rolled silicon steel. By quickly magnetizing and measuring the steel strip running on the production line and using real-time signals such as thickness, speed, and stress, it converts them to measurement results such as iron loss, magnetic field strength, and magnetic flux density, achieving online monitoring of point data for iron loss (P1.0~P1.7) or magnetic induction (J100~J1000), and drawing a P-L curve corresponding to the loss and steel strip length L. Compared with offline laboratory testing, online testing can analyze the magnetic performance fluctuations and consistency of the whole coil steel, avoid the failure rate of sampling inspection. 2、Features

Measurement method: current method (M.C method) and magnetic field coil method (H-Coil method).

Automatic testing software:viewing the measured signals, measurement results and test curves in real time.

Drawing hysteresis loop, P-L loss and length relationship curve, δ-L thickness and length relationship curve, etc.

Set the range of the steel belt and calculate the average magnetic properties.

The steel belt can be divided into sections according to the difference of average loss, and the total length of each section at the start and end points can be marked.

The iron loss measurement period is shortened to 100 ms, and the measurement resolution is further improved.

The host can receive and display external signals such as speed, temperature, thickness, tension, etc.

The lower computer can save data for 60 minutes to prevent data loss due to abnormalities in the upper computer.

Standard square(optional) ring is used for daily checking of the measurement accuracy of the instrument.

The software can set the upper and lower limits of loss or thickness, and the test data will give a warning if the test data exceeds the limit.

The system can monitor the speed of the steel belt. When the speed is lower than the set speed, the system will automatically stop the testing.

The system performance is stable, the failure rate is low, and it can meet the needs of 24-hour continuous detection of silicon steel production.

Permeameter for On-line Iron Loss Measurement Of Silicon Steel

It is an accessory of TD9100.

The measuring wire frame is composed of magnetizing coil, H coil (H-Coil method option), B coil, and compensation coil.

Permeameter adopts the upper and lower symmetrical yoke structure, which can effectively compensate the eddy current of the yoke and make the magnetization field more uniform

Permeameter with two window length specifications are optional to adapt to the test of steel strips of different widths.
