1. Summary
The TS3000 is a dedicated system for measuring the AC and DC magnetic properties of electrical steel under high and low temperature conditions. The system primarily consists of a wideband AC magnetic measurement unit, a DC magnetic measurement unit, multiple high-temperature Epstein frames, an optional single-sheet tester, an automatic switching device for the permeameter, a high/low temperature test chamber, and fully automated measurement software.
It supports wideband measurements from DC to 3 Hz...20 kHz for both grain-oriented and non-oriented electrical steel, as well as transformer or motor cores. Magnetic field strength can be measured using either the current method (M.C method) or the H-Coil method (optional).

Accuracy: 1%~2% deviation will occur according to the way and position of loading the sample in the measuring frame.
Repeatability: put the same specimens in the specified position and keep it from moving, and measure it repeatedly for 10 times. Take the maximum or minimum value of 10 measurements minus the average value divided by the average value, and the maximum value of the two represents repeatability.

12. Multichannel Permeameters Switch
The device is an accessory for a device measuring the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials or electrical steel.
A number of magnetic measuring host (DC or AC) or excitation device (Epstein frames, single sheet testers, etc.) terminal of the excitation and the measuring terminal can be connected to the device by wire, and freely switch through software.
Access up to 2-channel magnetic measuring host and 6-channel excitation device.

The device is an accessory for a device measuring the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials or electrical steel.
A number of magnetic measuring host (DC or AC) or excitation device (Epstein frames, single sheet testers, etc.) terminal of the excitation and the measuring terminal can be connected to the device by wire, and freely switch through software.
