1. Summary
TS1710 is a dedicated system for measuring the surface insulation resistance (single-side) or interlayer resistance (double-side) of electrical steel sheets.
The system consists of a test host, a fully automated test fixture (featuring dual electrode actuator sets, an automatic moving test platform, an automatic flipping device, an automatic loading/unloading mechanism, and a safety enclosure), a system verification standard, an operator panel, a computer, and automated test software.

Fully automatic feeding - turning over - testing - data uploading - unloading.
Automatically measure five different test areas, the front and back sides do not overlap.
24 hours of uninterrupted operation.
The conventional method is manual feeding, and AGV and other feeding methods can be customized.
