• Test conditions: (23 ± 5)℃, the specimen should be demagnetized before testing.
• Accuracy of measurement value: 1% to 2% deviation will occur depending on the way and position of loading the specimen in the measurement frame.
• Repeatability of measurement value: The same specimen is placed in the specified position and kept without moving, and measured repeatedly 10 times. Calculation method: Repeatability = (maximum value - minimum value) ÷ average value × 100%.
• Note ①: The table only gives reference test points. The Hm, Jm / Bm, Ps and other indicators that the sample can achieve during actual testing are related to the performance, quality, test frequency, test current, load voltage, etc. of the material.
• Note ②: J10 refers to the magnetic polarization strength when the magnetic field H is 10 A/m, and so on. The brackets are typical test points for non-oriented steel.
• Note ③: P0.1 refers to the total loss value when the magnetic flux B is 0.1 T. The maximum test point is the maximum test point marked at 0°.
• Note ④: KJ = J_δ / J_0°, the test specimen is a circular specimen.
• Note ⑤: KPs = Ps_δ / Ps_0°, the test specimen is a circular specimen.
