The TS1400 is an instrument designed for the rapid measurement of AC magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets. It features a built-in precision excitation current source and voltage measurement module, and is developed using advanced microprocessor and digital signal processing technology. The instrument can quickly measure the specific total loss Ps of single silicon steel sheets.
It offers advantages such as fast measurement, convenient operation, good repeatability, and high reliability. Reference standard: GB/T 13789-2022 Methods of measurement of the magnetic properties of electrical steel strip and sheet by means of a single sheet tester.
Enables rapid loss measurement at multiple loss test points.
Displays multiple magnetic parameters, including Ps, Jm, and Hm.
The basic and standard versions measure magnetic field strength using the current method, offering high magnetic field measurement accuracy.
The advanced version measures magnetic field strength using a built-in H-coil, also providing high magnetic field measurement accuracy.
Easy to operate: the user simply presses the small single sheet tester onto the specimen under test to obtain the measurement data.
Supports one-key storage of measurement data and real-time viewing; the data includes test date and time.
Equipped with a large LCD touch color screen for intuitive value display and more convenient operation.
Test Capability | Loss Test Point Setting | P1.0, P1.5, P1.7 |
Test Frequency | 50 Hz / 60 Hz
Best Uncertainty (k=2) of Voltage/Current Measurement | 0.2%*RG ②
Best Uncertainty (k=2) of Power Measurement | 0.5%*FS ③
Best Uncertainty (k=2) of Loss Measurement | 10%
Best Repeatability of Loss Measurement | 2%
Specimen Requirements | Specimen Dimensions (L × W) | Not less than 30 mm × 100 mm |
Specimen Thickness | 0.1 mm~1.0 mm
Other Requirements | The surface shall be clean, flat, free of stains and scratches |
Note ①: According to international standards, P1.7 is a test point for grain-oriented electrical steel.
Note ②: RG = range value.
Note ③: FS = voltage range value × current range value.
Repeatability of measured values: With the single sheet tester pressed onto the specimen and kept stationary, perform 10 repeated measurements. For the 10 measurements, calculate (maximum value – average value) / average value and (minimum value – average value) / average value. The larger of the two absolute values represents the repeatability.
Power Supply | AC ( 220 ± 22 ) V, ( 50 ± 2 ) Hz |
