The TS2800A is a system specifically designed for measuring the surface insulation resistance (single-side) or interlamination resistance (double-side) of electrical steel sheets.
The system consists of a test main unit, a fully automatic test fixture (including two sets of contact actuator mechanisms, an automatic moving test platform, an automatic turning device, an automatic loading/unloading device, and a safety guard), a system verification standard, an operation panel, a computer, and automatic test software.
GB/T 2522-2017 Methods of Test for the Determination of Coating Insulation Resistance and Coating Adhesion of Electrical Strip and Sheet
IEC60404-11 Magnetic materials - Part 11: Method of test for the determination of surface insulation resistance of magnetic sheet and strip
ASTM A717 / A717M Standard Test Method for Surface Insulation Resistivity of Single-Strip Specimens
JIS 2550-4-2011 Test methods for electrical steel strip and sheet -- Part 4: Methods of test for the determination of surface insulation resistance of electrical strip and sheet
Fully automatic loading, turning, testing, data uploading, and unloading.
Automatically measures five different test areas, with no overlap between the front and back sides.
Capable of 24-hour continuous operation.
Manual loading is standard; automated loading methods such as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) can be customized.
Ensures personnel safety, functional safety, and information security.
High reliability, fault tolerance, upgradeability, and ease of maintenance.
Data fusion and sharing, ensuring data comparability and consistency.
Built-in precision DC stabilized voltage source and precision DC current measurement unit.
Equipped with a standard resistor board for daily system verification.
Optional barcode reader (accessory) for automatic barcode scanning.
