TY3000 Magnetic Moment Tester

TY3000 is a precision magnetic moment measuring tester designed with a high-speed microprocessor and a low-drift electronic integrator. It can be paired with various specifications of magnetic moment measurement coils to measure the magnetic moment M and magnetic flux Φ of magnetic components such as permanent magnet ferrite, AlNiCo, NdFeB, and Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) Magnets. It provides a good test for analyzing and evaluating the magnetizing performance of permanent magnets.Reference Standard IEC 60404-14:2002 "Methods of measurement of the magnetic dipole moment of a ferromagnetic material specimen by the withdrawal or rotation method".

1.Summary

TY3000 is a precision magnetic moment measuring tester designed with a high-speed microprocessor and a low-drift electronic integrator. It can be paired with various specifications of magnetic moment measurement coils to measure the magnetic moment M and magnetic flux Φ of magnetic components such as permanent magnet ferrite, AlNiCo, NdFeB, and Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) Magnets. It provides a good test for analyzing and evaluating the magnetizing performance of permanent magnets.

Reference Standard IEC 60404-14:2002 "Methods of measurement of the magnetic dipole moment of a ferromagnetic material specimen by the withdrawal or rotation method".

2. Feature

Measurement Range: 0.2 m Wb~2 Wb.

Accuracy: 0.2 %/ 0.5 %.

The drift after zero adjustment is very small, the typical value is lower than 1μWb/min.

5-digit display, the minimum resolution is as low as 0.1μWb.

Optional units: Wb, Vs, Wb·cm, Vs·cm, etc.

Automatically calculate the magnetic moment M according to the set coil constant.

With the function of holding the maximum value.

Support exceeding upper limit/lower limit alarm.

Support one-key reset and zero drift.

Support test parameter correction function.

Adopt the combination operation mode of touch screen and button.

Support digital and analog signal (option) output mode.

Support a variety of measuring coils to suit different application scenarios.

Small size, light weight, suitable for field use.
