The bending radius of the lower clamp is 5 mm, and the bending radius is not less than ±90°.
The upper spring can exert stable tension on electrical steel sheet.

5. Operation Description

1 | Insert the fixing pin to keep the device vertical | |
2 | Insert the silicon steel sheet to be tested and keep it in position | |
3 | Turn the upper clamping handle to clamp the upper part of the silicon steel sheet | |
4 | Turn the spring clamping handle to compress the spring | |
5 | Turn the lower clamping handle to clamp the lower part of the silicon steel sheet | |
6 | Turn the clamping handle in the opposite direction, the spring is released, and the silicon steel sheet is tightened. | |
7 | Press the RESET button below the digital counter display to reset the digital counter to zero. | |
8 | Pull out the fixing pin and prepare to start the repeated bending test. | |
9 | Hold the upper handle and start the repeated bending test. When turning ±90 degrees, the digital counter will automatically count. |
